The Regional Centre for Tourism Business Support holds extensive information on a wide range of subjects including current and new legislation, tourism regulations, financial information from tax to cash flow, detailed research links, and access to regional and local tourism related strategies. The Information Centre has developed new fact sheets and has access to over 400 business fact sheets through the Business Link network (many of which are available on the website). The Information Centre can also signpost you to further specialist support, if necessary.
The advisers can discuss a whole range of tourism and business subjects with you such as legislation (including The Disability Discrimination Act), business planning and development, marketing, IT, customer service, finance and recruitment, training and retention of staff.
